The Board has adopted a Code of Conduct and Raising Concerns policy which is distributed to all employees. The Code of Conduct requires that, amongst other things, employees treat each other fairly and with respect, that they comply with local laws and regulations, reject bribery and corruption and avoid conflicts of interest.
