This Online Recruitment Privacy Policy is published by Misys plc (registered in the England with company registration number 1360027). References in this policy to Misys or the Company are to Misys Plc or to any affiliate or subsidiary where the job you are applying for is located.

Your privacy is important to Misys and we want you to feel comfortable visiting our site. The types of information requested throughout your online application are determined by the requirements of the country in which the position you are applying for is located (not in your country of residence)
It is required that you provide personal data such as your name, address and email and other information relating to your skills, qualifications and background. Misys will hold all the information you have provided confidentially. The information will not be used for any purposes other than to consider you as a candidate for present and future employment, or for inclusion in your personal record if you become an employee of Misys. By submitting this information to us, you acknowledge that the Misys entity which is recruiting for the position for which you initially apply, and any other companies in the Misys group, will have access to your information for recruitment purposes, including passing this information to relevant Misys staff.
Your data may be disclosed, if legally required to do so, where requested to do so by a governmental entity or regulatory authority or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
If Misys does not employ you, Misys will retain and use your application information for no longer than 12 months for the purpose of considering you for future positions that may become available within the company.
If you have so agreed when registering or subsequently or if permitted by applicable law, we may use your contact information in order to send you e-mails regarding new opportunities and additional listings which may be of interest to you.
You can access, modify, hide or delete your data at any time by using the log in section which you created when you started this on-line process. If you delete your data you understand that it will not be retrievable by you or by us once it has been deleted. Your log in section will be deleted if you delete your data and you will not be able to access the Misys log in unless you create a new log in section and submit a new application.
With your permission and subject to the provisions of applicable law, Misys may verify your details or request information about you from other sources such as referees. If you provide us with details of a referee, it is your responsibility to ensure that the referee is aware that you have forwarded his/her details and has consented in writing for you to do so.

You understand that any information provided that is found to be false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient cause to (i) eliminate you from further consideration for employment or (ii) may result in immediate discharge form Misys’ service whenever it is discovered. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Misys Online Recruitment Privacy Policy and by entry and submission of your responses to the application and provision of your information you consent to the use of the information submitted as described in that Misys Online Recruitment Privacy Policy. You understand that this online application process is functionally equivalent to your providing a signature

Recruitment Agents

If you are a recruitment agent submitting information on behalf of an applicant by submitting their information you warrant that all information and any representations made by you are true, complete and correct to the best of your knowledge, and you have not knowingly omitted any related information of an adverse nature. You also warrant that (1) you have the consent of the applicant whose information and data you are providing; (2) that you have notified the applicant whom you represent of the terms of the Misys Online Recruitment Privacy Policy and (3) that the applicant has consented to the use of their information submitted as described in the Misys Online Recruitment Privacy Statement. You understand that this online application process is functionally equivalent to your providing a signature.
