What happens if I change my name (e.g. if I get married)?
Please write to the Registrar enclosing a copy of your marriage certificate or change of name deed as evidence of your name change. A new share certificate is NOT automatically issued to you. Should you require a new certificate issued in your new name, please forward all your original certificates and request a new certificate at the time of writing. The Registrar can also then reissue uncashed dividend cheques if these are returned to them.
My share certificate is lost or stolen - what do I do?
Please immediately inform the Registrar. They will send you a form of indemnity for completion before they can issue a replacement certificate. There is a charge for this service.
How do I transfer my Misys plc shares to my partner or a member of my family?
The Registrar can supply you with a form of stock transfer. This must be fully completed and returned to the Registrar with your share certificate(s). The Registrar will process this and return any balance of shares to you if applicable. Stamp duty is not normally payable if there is no money changing hands for the shares. Guidance is available from the Registrar.
I don't appear to have received a dividend cheque.
From 2009 the Company agreed a policy to retain funds that would otherwise have been issued as dividends to shareholders, and we will reinvest these funds in the Misys businesses. We believe that capital structure will help increase our rate of growth, creating greater long-term value for shareholders.

How do I change the method of payment of my dividend?
From 2009 the Company agreed a policy to retain funds that would otherwise have been issued as dividends to shareholders, and we will reinvest these funds in the Misys businesses. We believe that capital structure will help increase our rate of growth, creating greater long-term value for shareholders.
We will keep the dividend policy under review - and If you would prefer future dividends be paid directly into your bank or building society account, you may complete the dividend mandate form with your relevant bank details and return it to the Registrars. If you do not have a dividend mandate form, simple instructions in a letter will also be accepted. Alternatively, please contact the Registrar for details.
Can my dividend be paid in another currency?
There are a number of common currencies in which your dividend can be paid. Please contact the Registrars for details. A small charge may be made for this service.
How do I notify you of a change of address?
Please contact the Registrar in writing, giving them clear details of your shareholder reference number . You will need to advise them of your full registered name, your previous address and your new address. Your instruction will need to be signed.
I am acting as executor for a shareholder - what action do I need to take?
Please contact the Registrar. They will be able to assist you with the documentation required.
I am receiving more than one set of information at every mailing. How do I stop this?
The Registrar may have more than one record of your shareholding. Please contact them so that they can consolidate their records.
