Below you will find descriptions of all the Loan IQ sessions that will be happening at the customer conference. 

You will be required to select your preferred breakout sessions during the registration process. Breakout sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so you are advised to register early to avoid disappointment.

Breakout Session

Session Description

Misys Commercial Lending Suite

Review and see a demo of Loan IQ's enhancements to fully support bilateral commercial lending portfolios, designed to provide customers with a consolidated global view of borrower exposure.

Event Management - Inquiry API

Review the newly developed Event Management function, explore Event definition inputs and Inquiry API output requirements.   We will discuss Event definition criteria set up, customer-defined customisation and the frequency of capturing and interfacing events to downstream systems, including general ledger accounting.

Loans Agency: The Road Ahead

This session, presented by Capmark Financial, will review the current issues facing the Loans Agency business and the initiatives that have been developed to address them.

Quality Assurance Update

A presentation of Loan IQ's continuing improvements in the areas of quality assurance and product testing. Topics will cover Misys' newest initiatives in automation testing and performance benchmarking. A walk-through of the latest software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards will be presented, including new processes and improvement standards in development documentation.

Navigator Desktop

Review and see a demonstration of Loan IQ's new user interface 'Navigator Desktop', a customer-defined one-stop information hub which can display all data relating to a loan or customer in a single window.

Customer Satisfaction Initiatives and Managed Operational Support Services

An update on how Misys is improving customer satisfaction as a result of your feedback in the Customer Satisfaction survey. We will also introduce 'Managed Operational Support Services' (MOSS) designed to help reduce your organisation's total cost of ownership.

Technology Roundtable

A working session for clients to share their technology needs and input into the Loan IQ roadmap, including performance and architecture.

Trading Enhancements

A review and demonstration of the newest Loan IQ trading enhancements.

Syndications Enhancements

A review and demonstration of the newest Loan IQ syndications enhancements.

Trader Desktop / DataNet Trading Reports

Learn about the latest Trader Desktop 3.0 and DataNet reporting capabilties to help you optimise your loan trading activities.
