Misys utilises state of the art virtual server technology, storage, security, disaster recovery and networking hardware that is proactively managed and monitored in line with industry best practices and contracted service levels to ensure the highest levels of availability and performance. All our Cloud services are provided in a secure and audited environment – Misys and its supporting ecosystem of partners have all the relevant ISO and ISAE accreditations and proven track records of delivery in financial services.
As part of the Cloud service, Misys is responsible for keeping customers’ infrastructure and software “evergreen” and responsive to your changing business needs. Our Service Delivery team works with you to understand and plan for the growth and development of your business. Core system monitoring and trending allows capacity planning in real time.
Our Application Support teams will provide Integrated Solution Support, with expertise across the solution being delivered to ensure the client’s business is best supported. Using best practice ITIL aligned processes, providing technical support to the Client for knowledge and data requests, resolution of service impacting incidents and support in delivering root cause solutions.
Dedicated Batch Operations and Application Monitoring using industry recognised tools to ensure that agreed processes are run at agreed times and that operational health of the service is maintained - service impact avoided by proactively managing events through automated processes and solutions, with integration into Service Management tools.
Solution currency is maintained through fully Managed Upgrades, working with our Clients and Ecosystem Partners to deliver against agreed schedules. Application Support teams support the Client through their acceptance test cycles and marshalling emergency fixes through test and into production. This all ensures that optimal performance and solution resilience is maintained for the client and their business.
Each client has a Service Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring your services are delivered, for providing monthly service reporting and for being your day-to-day contact for escalation of any service issues. Misys contracts to service levels supporting all the key elements of the Cloud, including
