The Misys project manager is a single point of responsibility who works closely with your appointed project leader. The Misys project manager is responsible and accountable for project success. It is a significant responsibility and requires a safe pair of hands to guide the project from planning and scoping to “Go-Live”. 

Each Misys project manager is an experienced IT Leader who is PMP certified and a member of the Project Management Institute. Collectively, the team is proud of their track record of hundreds of successful projects to their name. In addition to Misys implementations, the team has also worked on a vast array of non-Misys related projects. This means that your Misys project Manager is likely to have travelled the paths that lie ahead of you now. Risks are quantified, scoped and managed through the application of the Misys Project Methodology.
