Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Misys plc announces that on 16 November 2007 it transferred to participants in
its employee share schemes 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.05 per share.
The shares were all formerly held as Treasury shares.
Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Misys plc holds a total
of 47,168,815 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares
in issue (excluding Treasury shares) is 504,558,221.
