Misys plc announces that on 29 November 2007 it purchased from JPMorgan
Cazenove Limited 50,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 202.6334 pence
per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the
above purchase, Misys plc holds 47,609,939 ordinary shares in treasury, and has
504,117,097 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
