REG-Misys: Total Voting Rights <MSY.L>

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Misys plc is
required to notify the market of the following:
At close of business on 30 April 2008 Misys plc's capital consisted of
551,727,036 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. Misys
plc held 48,232,516 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Misys plc was 503,494,520.
The above figure (503,494,520) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Misys plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
