Misys Homecare(tm) software will include added PDA support and Executive Dashboard features that enables clinicians, nurses and homecare executives to optimize operations, as well as provide better patient care.

The new capabilities will be unveiled Oct. 23-26 during the 24th Annual Meeting of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice in Seattle, Wash.  Misys will be showing the product in Booth #1021.

The Misys Homecare PDA application allows home health aides to use specific functionality available in the Misys Homecare desktop application on an inexpensive mobile device.  Misys Homecare PDA enhancements support all Windows mobile devices out of the box, without additional programming.
New, higher screen resolution and the ability to switch from portrait to landscape views give users ease of use and flexibility.

The Misys Homecare Executive Dashboard is a personalized, Web-based portal that allows executive management to view consolidated financial and clinical information about their organization.  The personalization feature allows an end user to choose from a library of reports automatically generated upon login. The Executive Dashboard contains up to six Web views per screen, including financial, admission, referral, clinical, diagnoses and more - thus saving time to find the information the executive needs.
