The Board of Misys plc (FTSE: MSY.L) announces that Al-Noor Ramji will be joining Misys in an executive capacity as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Misys Banking on 1 April 2010 and will resign his position as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 31 March 2010.

There are no other matters which require disclosure pursuant to LR 9.6 13 (2) to (6).
