Enrico is a Partner with McKinsey & Company based in Milan and co-leads McKinsey Commercial and Corporate Banking Practice in Europe.
During his 13 years with the firm, he has served several financial institutions across Southern Europe, Continental Europe, and the UK, focusing on business model innovation and frontline transformation programs. Enrico is passionate about innovation in banking and recently has helped clients design their gen AI strategic blueprint.
He holds an MBA with a major in Finance from IE Business School and a MS in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
