Back Office

Back Office Capabilities Streamlines Operations

Workflow management
Central to the Misys Opics Plus solution is the Workflow Manager - a real-time, cross-product, cross-entity utility that manages pre-defined or user-defined operations workflow.

Information is dynamically displayed as transactions move through their lifecycle, enabling quick and easy recognition and response. The Workflow Manager tool allows an operator in the middle/back office to have a central location and to monitor and complete the remaining processes to be performed on transactions. In addition, the queue monitor function displays the processing
queue across all branches and product modules.

Because the Workflow Manager gives your organization complete, automated control of your workflow, it significantly increases efficiency and reduces operational risk. Part of the core Misys Opics Plus application, it consolidates back-office and operations processing across the entire suite of Misys Opics Plus products in a single, centralized location. The result is a powerful tool to manage STP exceptions and dramatically improve operational efficiency.

Misys Opics Plus enables banks to effectively manage their settlement activity from treasury, derivatives and
